Everyone has experienced traumatic events in their lives that brand them neurologically, and emotionally, creating their limited set of beliefs. All beliefs are unconscious states (95% of who you are) of being. These beliefs are driving our lives.
In order for them to change a belief in their life that is based on the past you will have to make a decision that carries a level of energy that is greater than your body. A decision to change that invites your body to respond to your new mind. This requires us to call the energy into the present moment.
In meditation you move from your outer reality, to your inner reality. You are disconnecting yourself from the external environment, and taking away the constant stimulation in your external world that reminds you who you are.
When you disassociate from the external world you will forget you have a body, becoming pure consciousness, and moving beyond your analytical mind. You have to get beyond yourself to recreate yourself in the present moment.
Regular visioning allows you to envision and manifest in a cycle that is limited. Working with CQC allows you to tap into visions beyond all your experiences. Tuning into all the versions of yourself in the quantum field.
